Can i get a refund?

Yes, we offer a generous refund policy to satisfy and gain the trust of our customers. Feel free to contact live support for more information or file for a refund here.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product or our services you may return goods purchased from us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days upon receipt. However, only unused items which were shipped back in original package will be refunded.

Who pays for shipping on items for return?

Shipping on all return for refund items is at the expense of the buyer.

Where are you shipping to?

We are shipping to more than 35 countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia.

Where are you shipping from?

For the most part, our products get sent from the US, where the warehouses are. In some cases, it can from Sweden,China and Germany. We try to use the easiest and fastest but most importantly the safest option for our customers.
